Returns Policy
If we sent you the wrong product we will re-imburse you for the re-shipment, the product must be returned to us in the same exact condition that it was sent in, with all of the original properties intact. This does not apply to any mistakes you may have made when choosing the correct products for your vehicle. Make sure you have your correct fitment before ordering to avoid this. See Manufacturer's Warranty for details about defective products. We provide a large selection of the highest quality brands in the 4x4 and Offroad Market. It will take 1 to 5 business days to process your order because of the quantity of products available and transacting through our system. However, orders will be entered and tracked immediately upon your selection and shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground Shipping. Products that have been processed will take 3-7 business days to arrive. Please make sure your shipping address is deliverable by FedEx or UPS. If the shipping address is undeliverable by FedEx or UPS and the shipment is returned to us for this reason you will be responsible to pay for the re-shipment. Any shipments that are denied or undeliverable will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% in addition to shipping, processing and any insurance fees.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
